International Orders

  1. We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Aramex. Opal Candle does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.

  3. There is no return policy for International Orders. Quality check is performed at various levels on all the products before the products are dispatched. Special care is taken for the packaging of the products for the international orders. Our email is support@opalcandle.com for any kind of queries.
  4. Opal Candle tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances.
  5. We shall provide details of shipment via email alerts to the customer, once the package is handed across to the carrier agency. The email alerts shall contain the transport/courier agency’s website details along with tracking number and expected date of delivery. The Customer may use the said details to keep a check on status of the package.
  6. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
