Return and Refund policy

Simplicity, clarity, and safety are three basic hallmarks of your online shopping experience at our website. We try our best to make sure that each transaction done on Opalcandle.com is smooth. Also, we take full care in delivering the products and stick to the highest quality principles.

As per our policy, we do not accept returns on products that are delivered to the customers in perfect and undamaged conditions.

  1. We only accept returns or replacements in case of product damage during shipping or any other genuine case (the final decision regarding the return will be taken by us once we verify the product).
  2. We request you to please reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery of said order.
  3. Once your returned products are verified by us, the amount of your order will be refunded to you within 7 business days.

Cancellations

When you place an order it can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order in time, we will refund the entire amount back into your account. It may take 8-9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
